Vascular Science Guidelines
The College and Society for Clinical Vascular Science (CSVS) is pleased to make available a set of Vascular Science Guidelines for use by our members and the wider scientific community. They describe recommended safe standards and procedures expected for Vascular Science diagnostics and reporting protocols.
The recommendations contained in these do not indicate an exclusive course of action or standard of care. They do not replace the need for application of clinical judgment to each individual presentation, nor variations based on locality and facility type. The resources are not intended to replace local department specific protocols and are designed to support and inform good clinical practice.
The Vascular Science Guidelines are generally reviewed every three years in order to address change in clinical practice, evolving technologies and professional progression.
Please contact the Chair of the Professional Standard Committee if you have any queries or constructive criticism and we will endeavour to address these at our quarterly meeting.
