Aims
- To support career development and succession planning

- To support Senior Clinical Scientists in their clinical leadership, governance, and managerial responsibilities
Target Audience
All clinical vascular scientists with an emphasis on senior staff or those aspiring to senior roles (Band 7 or 8)
